Kate Gronstal attended the Illinois Institute of Technology, earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Masters of Public Administration. She is a licensed professional engineer in Iowa, Nebraska, and Illinois. She worked as a civil engineer at firms in Nebraska, Iowa and Illinois for 15 years before entering the world of affordable housing. Kate is currently the Director of Development Operations at Evergreen Real Estate Group, managing new construction affordable housing developments from financing through construction.
