Event Vendors + Participants

Due to COVID-19, many of events have been canceled or postponed. Some of the information below may change as restrictions lift and processes shift to incorporate new health and safety measures. If you are interested in participating or would like to learn more about our signature event plans, contact our office.

This annual festival features hundreds of local artists, an urban craft beer garden, two stages of live music, kids activities, tours of historical buildings and businesses, and a food truck round-up.

Ravenswood Art Walk Stop

If you are a business, studio or art gallery located in the Ravenswood Corridor between Lawrence and Irving Park Rd, you can sign up as a RAW Stop. All stops will be included in the RAW Guidebook, event map, and online database. Participants who are not studios, galleries or industrial manufacturers are required to host an artist or offer an arts-related activity in their space.  

  • $25 non-refundable application fee.
  • $150 Participation Fee is due upon acceptance. Your application fee will be applied to the participation fee.

Street Fest Artist Registration

Artists and vendors can apply for a 10 x 10ft. space to showcase and sell their artwork. Work submitted must be original and created by you. Work submitted is subject to approval.

  • $25 non-refundable application fee.
  • The Participation Fee of $150 is due upon acceptance. Your application fee will be applied to the participation fee.
  • Tents, tables and other equipment are the responsibility of the participating business but can be rented through RAW.

Beer Garden Promotional Tent

Businesses and non-profit organizations may apply for promotional booth space in the RAW Craft Beer Garden, located at Ravenswood and Berteau.

Availability:

  • There are TWO (2) 10×10ft. spaces available. Registration fees are $200 for GRCC members and $300 for non-members.
  • Please Note: No retail sales may take place from these booths.
  • Tents, tables and other equipment are the responsibility of the participating business but can be rented through RAW.

Beer Garden Retail Vendor

Businesses may apply for retail booth space in the RAW Craft Beer Garden, located in the parking lot at Ravenswood and Berteau.

Availability:

  • There are FOUR (4) 10×10ft. spaces available. Registration fees are $300 for GRCC members and $400 for non-members.
  • Tents, tables and other equipment are the responsibility of the participating business but can be rented through RAW.

Children’s Corner Registration

Businesses looking to connect with local families may participate in or sponsor our RAW Children’s Corner, located at Ravenswood and Berteau.

  • Participation is FREE for GRCC member businesses
  • Non-members can register for the $250 registration fee.
  • Participants are required supply their own tent, tables, chairs, and supplies, and must submit a list of planned children’s activities/games/giveaways/etc.

Food Truck Vendor

The RAW Food Truck Round-Up is the source of food for guests. Trucks are stationed at each end of the street festival portion of the event. Food trucks will be promoted on both the festival website and the 8,000+ event programs that we prepare for our guests.

  • $250 for a full weekend registration
  • $175 for a ONE DAY registration

General Registration Dates and Deadlines

  • March 16 – Registration for ArtWalk Stops, Beer Garden Tent, Children’s Corner, and Food Truck Vendor Opens
  • May 4 – Registration for Artists Opens
  • June 1 – Registration for ALL applications close
  • July 1 – Applicants notified of festival status
  • July 15 – Registration forms and fees due in full
  • August 1 – Last day for refunds

Participating businesses must maintain open hours between 11 AM and 6 PM on Saturday, September during the arts tour. Street artists and vendors must also maintain these hours. Deadlines and dates may vary slightly by year.

Taste of Ravenswood

Taste of Ravenswood is a one-night-only event highlighting the top restaurants in Ravenswood.

Restaurant Participation

This event is a great opportunity for restaurants to showcase their talents and reach new audiences. As a participant, restaurants receive a small stipend to help offset costs. The GRCC also works with a brand photographer to take high-quality photos of planned dishes at no additional cost.
Requirements:

  • Participants must be able to serve approximately 700-800 servings of their dish. The dish must be 2-3 bites per serving.
  • Participants must be members of the GRCC. Membership can be deducted from the stipend or paid for separately

Non-Restaurant Participation

Non-restaurant participation is accepted primarily on a case by case basis. Generally, businesses that offer food/beverage products or services are eligible to participate.

Ravenswood Farmers Market

The farmers market is operating at a limited capacity for the 2020 season.

Food & Drink Vendors

Farmers, bakeries, food trucks, coffee shops, restaurants, and more are able to participate in the Farmers Market

Musicians & Artists

Each week, the Farmers Market has live music. The market also has one to two spaces reserved each week for local artists to pop-up in throughout the season.

Businesses

Non-food and non-beverage businesses are eligible to pop up at the market once per month. Businesses must be members of the Greater Ravenswood Chamber of Commerce.

This annual local beer festival, which draws over 20,000 people, highlights the vibrant craft beer scene in the Ravenswood neighborhood.

Beer Vendors

Brewers throughout the Chicagoland area are eligible to participate in On Tap as guest-brewers.

Food Vendors

Restaurants, food trucks, and more are welcomed on a first-come-first-serve basis. Applications to participate typically open in January.

Bands & Music Participation

Ravenswood on Tap is always excited to showcase local bands and musicians.

Business Vendors

Ravenswood on Tap has a limited capacity for non-food and non-beverage participants. Spots are reserved on a first-come-first-serve basis.
