Special Service Area #31 – Servicing areas on Clark, Damen, Lawrence, Montrose, Wilson and along the Ravenswood corridor. Bill Bartelt Studio features a display of watercolor paintings of the Chicago urban and Illinois landscape, including many views of the Ravenswood neighborhood. His studio is his workspace and where he also conducts watercolor and drawing classes and workshops.
