Explore Hidden Cultural Gems

Along the bike tour route, we’ll be making stops at a handful of local businesses to meet with the owners and learn more about their unique stories.

Starting at 9:30am, we’ll meet to fuel up on coffee and pastries at Dolce Arte (3057 N Rockwell St). Next, we’ll follow the 312 River Trail north, traversing the shaded riverside vistas of Horner Park to arrive at our next location (TBD!).

Next, we’re headed east on Montrose to visit the tree-lined Ravenswood Industrial Corridor. Once home to a bustle of large factories, the corridor has evolved to house a wide variety of bespoke makers, manufacturers, artist studios, and more. Here, we’ll visit the J.C. Deagan Building to enjoy a rare demo from makers at the Chicago Glass Collective (1770 W Berteau Ave).

Guests peruse the Chicago Glass Collective studio.

Then we’re hitting Clark Street to make use of newly-installed protected bike lanes! Enjoy scenic views of Graceland Cemetery and one final pit stop (TBD) before we head to our final destination at Clark & Sunnyside, where attendees are encouraged to check out the Ravenswood Feel Good Fest, a FREE micro-festival that combines interactive health & wellness booths with live music, demos, healthy food & drink vendors, and all-ages fun.
