Saturday July 18

1PM Dovetail Brewery: Licthenhainer
Licthenhainer, 3.7% ABV
A historic smoked sour wheat-and-barley beer from Central Germany, Lichtenhainer sits at the crossroads of Berliner Weisse and Rauchbier—bright, gently tart, and delicately smoky.

2PM Begyle Brewing: When Tangerines Fly
Fruited Sour, 4.5% ABV
Brewed with a base of wheat malt and soured with lactobacillus, tangerine purée lends this sour ale a slight sweetness to balance out its acidity. This is what it tastes like When Tangerines Fly.

3PM Is/Was Brewing: Joiners Biere de Miel
Saison, 5.2% ABV
Brewed with pilsner, spelt, and biscuit malts, then fermented with is/was’s house saison yeast, this beer is finished with locally sourced Harvard, Illinois honey added during fermentation to preserve its delicate aromas while creating a crisp, dry finish.

4PM Spiteful Brewing: End of Line
West Coast IPA, 7.0% ABV
This is the end of the line for boring IPAs. Idaho 7, Amarillo and Centennial hops. Notes of papaya, desert orange, and a little dankness. A proper West Coast IPA.

2PM Is/Was Brewing: Spandrel
Saison, 5.4% ABV
Spandrel, evolves and changes. It started as the base of Levain but instead of letting it rest in oak barrels with their mixed culture, is/was rips it hot with just their saison yeast in stainless steel tanks and bottle condition it with their blend of brettanomyces.

3PM Spiteful Brewing: End of Line
West Coast IPA, 7.0% ABV
