Blackbird is a custom picture framing business that’s been a part of the Ravenswood community for the past 15 years. Building a reputation for great design and craftsmanship that brings in customers from neighboring communities across Chicago and neighboring suburbs. Blackbird will be hosting “Framed Up”, a group art exhibit where art meets custom framing – curated by Alejandro Martell and Michael Esparza. “Framed Up” will showcase the impact frame design can have on a piece of art. With creative freedom, each piece of work will be uniquely designed and custom framed by Michael Esparza. A collaboration between the artists and the framer to present you with a unique art exhibit experience.
