Saturday July 19

2PM Dovetail Brewery: Grodziskie
Grodziskie, 3.8% ABV
Pale in color, with a spirited effervescence, Grodziskie is the specialty beer of its namesake town in Poland. More carbonated than Hefe and lower in alcohol, this 100% smoked wheat beer features light, citrus-like overtones with a surprising glimmer of spice and smoke.

3PM Is/Was Brewing: Country Beer
Collaboration w/ Hop Butcher For The World
Saison, 5.1% ABV
Country beer is a collaboration with Is/Was’s friends at Hop Butcher For the World. A quaffable beer to have in your provisions if the roads become impassable and you may need to hunker down for a while. Structured with Pilsner Malt and Crystal Rye from Sugar Creek and hopped with Spalter select and a dusting of New Zealand Cascade. Tuck into notes of rich loam, dates, thyme, pineapple, apple blossoms, and lime pith.

4PM Spiteful Brewing: 2023 Barrel-Aged Mrs. O’Leary’s Chocolate Milk Stout
Milk Stout, 12.0% ABV
This milk stout is brewed with lactose and aged in Four Roses bourbon barrels for 4 years, and finished with chocolate. As colossal as milking a cow, this beer has spent an impressive number of years maturing in Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrels. Conditioned on cacao nibs, this Milk Stout is rich, decadent, and chock full of notes of bourbon, charred oak, chocolate and vanilla, that emphasize the cream-like quality of the lactose with which the beer was brewed.

5PM Cultivate by Forbidden Root: Pier Pressure
Pilsner, 5.4% ABV
West Coast Pilsner! What does that mean? It’s HOPPY with a clean dry finish of a classic Pilsner. This beer is loaded with Strata and then complimented with the classics Citra and Mosaic.

5PM Is/Was: Long Thai Double Rainbow Rye
Collaboration w/ Hop Butcher For The World
Saison, 5.1% ABV
Long Thai Double Rainbow Rye is a beer Is/Was resurrected from the Half Acre archives to give new life. It is mashed with pilsner and rye malt from their friends at Sugar Creek and features Thai long peppercorns, a unique variety of peppercorn that is pungent, spicy and fruity. The resulting beer is a beautiful golden color with notes of bright peppercorn, woody cedar, pineapple, rye spiciness, tropical fruit, and a deep muskiness.
