How can businesses create an equitable workplace through their Human Resources practices? Join us at Pizza Lobo for a training that introduces and breaks down concepts such as implicit, gender, and racial biases and how to identify -isms in the workplace.
Led by facilitator from Brave Space Alliance, we will examine the concept of professionalism culture in the workplace, including its positive and negative impacts. With the knowledge of the previous concepts, we will explore how to shift the culture and create a sustainable workspace using activities and case studies. By the end of the afternoon, participants will have gained practical experience and tools for translating knowledge into action.
Tickets include admission, plus pizza and salad from Pizza Lobo. Registration closes at noon on Wednesday, February 21. This event is presented in partnership by the Greater Ravenswood Chamber of Commerce and Andersonville Chamber of Commerce.
