I draw humorous, cartoony live caricatures. My goal is to capture your likeness in about ten minutes with a quality piece of artwork, whether you are an adult, a baby, a dog or a cat.
I got started drawing live caricatures at the Lincoln Park Zoo in 2022. Now I work fairs, parties, corporate events, or anywhere that will let me in. During the week, I spend long hours drawing and painting in an atelier for traditional realism. To me, caricature is an opportunity to loosen up and to apply the observational skills I learn in class.
Live caricature also allows me to meet so many great people. To sit for a caricature is to engage in a truly unique interaction. I hope people continue to be interested in this art form, that the art form continues to progress, and that I may contribute something to it.
