Dovetail founders Hagen and Bill bonded over their mutual interest in continental European beer styles, and the two formed a friendship that has resulted in an exciting young brewery dedicated to old world brewing methods.
Continuing their partnership with Midwest Nice, they’ll be featuring local artists on their taproom walls, as well as tap handles designed by Chicago artists.
