Dandelion Therapeutic Art Center is a dedicated art therapy practice in Ravenswood and the number one therapeutic art center in Chicago. Their staff blends art, creativity, and therapy for an art-based relational approach to healing.
Dandelion is hosting an Art & Kindness Matter Open House, inviting guests to tour their new space that opened in March, create some art to take home, and add their mark to a community mural to gift the Chamber in honor of everything they do to inspire the artist in all of us. Guests are also invited to spread kindness with Art Exchange – bring an original piece of art you own (no posters, reproductions, or mass made artwork), roll the dice to determine your new piece of original art, and swap the art you brought for your new art. Dandelion is excited to spread the word that now, more than ever, art and kindness matter.
