After working as a chef for over 30 years, Josh has shifted his focus from creating art in the kitchen to creating functional art for the kitchen. Starting with, other than knives, the most used tool in any chef’s arsenal, cutting boards.
While cutting and charcuterie boards remain the focus of his attention, he has moved into the presentation of food as well as the preparation. Bowls, rolling pins, chopsticks, salt cellars and more.
