Art is my sanctuary. It is where I go to heal and center. Besides art, my other passions are skydiving, scuba, yoga and all have greatly influenced my art journey. Just like in fluid art and epoxy, with skydiving, you must be in harmony with your surroundings, a collaboration with the elements if you will. If you hold on too tightly, and try to control too forcefully it rarely goes how I wish, but if I work with the paints, air, or water, everything gets easier, and becomes harmonious.
